Services We Use on This Website
Cloudflare hosts our website and protects it from attacks. Cloudflare processes basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver pages securely, and may set a cookie used only for security. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm that a person, not an automated program, is sending the message. We may also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without using cookies. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy (opens in new tab).
Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, and whether a contact form was sent or a phone number was tapped. It does not receive what you write in our contact form. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on (opens in new tab). See how Google uses information from sites that use its services (opens in new tab).
Resend delivers the messages you send through our contact form to our email inbox. See Resend’s Privacy Policy (opens in new tab).
YouTube provides our videos. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, and the YouTube player loads only when you choose to play a video. See Google’s Privacy Policy (opens in new tab).
Mailchimp sends our occasional email updates to people who have subscribed. See Intuit Mailchimp’s Privacy Policy (opens in new tab).
TeamViewer is used only when you start a remote support session with us. See TeamViewer’s Privacy Policy (opens in new tab).
Our website also stores one preference in your browser: whether you paused the background video on our home page. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
11. Third-Party Links
Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies before submitting information.
12. Data Breach Notification
If a data breach occurs affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by Arizona law (ARS § 44-7501), federal regulations, and, if applicable, international requirements.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will post changes on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our site or services means you accept those changes.
