These terms apply to the apps published by Wright Consulting, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including MakerPrice, in every version we offer: web, Android, iOS, and desktop. By using one of our apps, you agree to them. Please read them carefully. They do not cover IT services we provide to you directly.
1. Who We Are
Our apps are offered by Wright Consulting, LLC, a limited liability company based in Glendale, Arizona, United States. Our contact details are at the end of these terms.
2. Using Our Apps
Unless an app says otherwise, our apps are free to use for personal and commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce an app or its contents without written permission from Wright Consulting, LLC.
3. Advertising and Tips
Our apps may be supported by advertising, and third-party ads may appear in them. Our Privacy Policy and MakerPrice Privacy Policy explain how we handle information. We may also offer an optional way to leave a tip. Tips are voluntary and do not unlock features or create any further obligation.
4. Your Data
Unless an app says otherwise, the data you enter is stored on your device, not in an account with us, so we cannot recover it if it is lost. Please keep your own records of anything important.
5. No Warranty
To the fullest extent the law allows, our apps are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of any calculation or result. You are responsible for checking anything you rely on, including verifying all pricing before quoting customers.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Wright Consulting, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our apps, including loss of profits or business opportunities, and its total liability to you is limited to US$50. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for intentional or grossly negligent harm, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited.
7. Your Consumer Rights
If you use our apps as a consumer, you may have rights under the laws of the place where you live, including in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. These terms do not take away any rights that cannot legally be waived or limited by contract.
8. App Stores
These terms are between you and Wright Consulting, LLC, not Apple or Google. If you downloaded an app from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (opens in new tab) also applies, and it controls for that app if the two conflict.
9. Changes to Our Apps and These Terms
We may change or discontinue an app, and we may update these terms when our apps, the law, or our business changes. We will post updates on this page with a new date. For a material change, we will give at least 30 days’ notice on this page or in the affected app before it takes effect. If you do not agree to a change, you can stop using the app at any time. Changes do not apply to anything that happened before they took effect.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, and disputes belong in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of mandatory laws where you live or any right you have to bring a claim in your local courts.
